This was a fairly yummy brunch. The menu may have included, all adapted for gluten free dining:

Here we have a spherized Margarita made with homemade sour mix.
Believe it or not, this is a dessert:
- The Egg White is actually a white chocolate panna cota
- The Egg Yolk is spherized mango puree
- And the bacon is candied
Here we are making balsamic pearls for us in our deconstructed Caprese Salad.
The Caprese salad used a pressed tomato sheet for the wrapper, and was filled with baby fresh mozzarella balls, basil noodles and balsamic pearls!
